Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the ceremony date in order to receive 75% of monetary funds refunded to your original form of payment within 14 business days. It is understood that Pronto Wedding will retain a 25% “administrative fee” should the client cancel the ceremony for any reason to assess for holding the specific date and time for the ceremony and any communication conducted in relation to the ceremony and the reservation. Deposit reservations forfeit the deposit, should they cancel for any reason.
Re-scheduling a ceremony is available at no additional cost with at least 24 hours’ notice & can easily be done by just logging into the online booking portal. A 1-year re-schedule time period is available to all guests. Any reservations that modify the original venue location to a different location outside of the borough/ county that was originally selected will occur a supplemental fee to assess for the change of venue which requires additional driving time, gas and or tolls.
Delivery of Services
We can provide service to New York City (Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, Staten Island and Westchester) as well as throughout the State of New Jersey. All services will be subject to a Gasoline & Toll Surcharge which will vary based on the COUNTY of where the venue is located.
All Marriage Licenses are delivered Fed Ex to City Clerk of NY or the City Clerk of the Borough (Where The Ceremony Takes Place - NJ ONLY). This cost is already included in the package price.
